Meet Stamos - Adoption Pending!
**Update** Stamos is gone into foster care with his potential adoptive family until he is fully recovered from his surgery.
This handsome boy with the gorgeous locks - as you may have already guessed - is named after John Stamos. Both handsome, adorable, and can make any gal's heart melt. Feline Stamos, is also very loving; he loves to cuddle, he loves to purr, and he loves being brushed.
He came to us as a stray, but was obviously owned. After a visit to the vet, he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Hip dysplasia, can be very uncomfortable and it prevented him from walking normally, as you can see in the video below.
Stamos, had surgery on both of his hips on February 11th, and was neutered and vaccinated at the same time, thanks to Mid Island Animal Health Center. He has had a bit of a slow recovery but he has been a real trooper, through all his exercises and his walker. He has been receiving laser therapy for a while now and has made some fantastic progress over the last couple weeks. Check out his updated video below!
